How minutes work
One minute of video, one minute
A project uses the length of the video in minutes, rounded up, however many clips it makes. A 45-minute podcast uses 45 minutes.
Back if nothing comes out
Minutes are taken when you start a project. If no clips can be made from the video, they go back to your account on their own.
Never expire
Minutes you buy stay on your account until you use them. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
Paying
Pay with Telebirr or CBE
No card is needed. You send the money the way you already do, and your receipt does the rest.

Pick a package
In the app, open Billing and choose how many minutes you want.
- Step 2
Send the amount
Pay with Telebirr or a CBE transfer, to the account the app shows you.
- Step 3
Enter your receipt
Type the Telebirr receipt number or paste the CBE receipt link. The receipt is checked and the minutes are added.
New accounts get 30 free minutes once the email is verified.
